By accessing, registering, or using the altra66 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is comprehensive and binding.

These terms constitute a legally valid agreement between you as the user and altra66 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the platform or any services offered.

Registration and use of the altra66 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration and during each gaming session.
• A citizen or resident domiciled in an area not prohibited by local or international law from accessing online betting services.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not registered under any recognised self-exclusion programme or gambling prohibition.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

Each player is allowed to hold only one (1) account on the altra66 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identity card or MyKad.
• An active mobile number that can be contacted.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. altra66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's negligence in protecting their login information. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The altra66 platform accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the crypto equivalent at the current exchange rate.

• Online banking via FPX
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Applicable transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

All successful deposits will be credited directly to the player's account balance. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal checks to ensure compliance with bonus terms and security procedures. altra66 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request.

altra66 offers various promotions from time to time for registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements and eligibility rules specified for each offer.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% deposit match bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

Approved calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering required: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Credited bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Players must first fulfil the specified wagering requirements. altra66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or an attempt to manipulate the bonus system.

All games available on the altra66 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and table games, are operated according to their respective rules as set by the relevant game software providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, any unresolved bets will be settled according to altra66's system records, which are considered final.
• altra66 reserves the right to void or adjust payouts in the event of a technical error or system failure that affects game results.
• For sports bets, the odds displayed at the time of placement are the odds that apply, unless the bet goes through a review and is approved at different odds due to bet limits or a pricing error.

Players are prohibited from carrying out any of the following activities on the altra66 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using false information, another person's identity, or a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to exploit the game system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including match-fixing in live games.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the intent of the promotion, including using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the altra66 platform.
• Threatening, insulting, or acting in a way that harms the comfort of support staff or other players.

altra66 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any player account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, hacking, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated period.
• A self-exclusion request or participation through a responsible gambling protection programme.
• Instructions from legal authorities or a regulatory body.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and any required investigation is completed.

The altra66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. altra66 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

altra66 will not be held responsible for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses or winnings arising from betting decisions made by players.
• Any data loss or disruption to a game session caused by a fault in the player's own equipment.
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including game software providers or payment service providers.

altra66 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and should never interfere with a player's life balance, finances, or social relationships.

• Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits according to their personal means.

Amended terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted will be taken as your agreement to the amended terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which altra66 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the altra66 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant arbitration body or regulatory authority in accordance with the procedures set out by the licensing authority. The decision of that body is final and binding on both parties.
